Few hours in... Castle Combe

Few weeks ago we took a car and drove from London to a lovely village in the Cotswalds called Castle Combe. The small village is world famous for he narrow street and very picturesque townhouses, but unfortunately never before did I have the opportunity to visit it. Now I really regret not doing it sooner, because Autumn between those beautiful houses is a really striking experience. Check out some of the photos I’ve captured while walking around.

Although the weather wasn’t sunny, to be honest it was raining from time to time, this, I believe, enhanced the whole experience. Seeing the village all red, golden and green between this heavy weather made the whole experience even more amazing and surreal. If you’ve never visited Castle Combe before, but are in the area, I’d definitely recommend reserving few hours for a visit and a stroll between those houses. Top tip: at the north east of the village there is a free car park, which I’d suggest using as the walk from the car park to the village “centre” is only about ten minutes. Enjoy Castle Combe and give me a shout if it was just as good of an experience for you as it was for me!

Best
